Start before your keys arrive

SQFT Interior recommends a first consultation 6–12 months before your estimated key collection. Bring your floor plan and any inspiration photos. Tell us your budget, when you expect your keys and which parts of your new flat you want to discuss.

You do not need a finished design brief. Think about your daily routine, the furniture you plan to bring and where storage matters most. Share what you like about your reference photos, whether it is the colours, cabinetry or arrangement of a room. These details give the conversation a clearer starting point.

Turn ideas into a plan

For a new BTO, consider how the living area, bedrooms and kitchen need to work together. List your priorities before choosing finishes. Separating the things you need from the things you would like helps you explain where you want to spend your budget.

Our planning process includes space planning, a moodboard and a quotation. After you review and sign the quotation and contract, we proceed with detailed design development and renovation planning. Material and colour selections, carpentry details and the relevant work requirements are discussed and confirmed before renovation begins.

One point of contact through the work

Your designer is also your project manager, guiding planning, material selection and site coordination. Any additional works or changes are discussed and confirmed with you before proceeding. Our process includes a final inspection and handover, with rectification works where applicable and a 12-month workmanship warranty after handover.
